Sales Engineer (Executive)

Osimis is a fast growing startup based in Liège, Belgium. We help medical institutions worldwide to grow with our medical imaging automation platform. Our mission is simple: ensuring that our customers aren’t just happy, but delighted to use our service.

Wa are a team of 15 people right now.

We’re implementing a market expansion strategy and we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. As the Sales Executive, you will be in charge of the commercial development of the Lify platform.  You will report to the founder and work closely with cross-functional internal product owners & engineering teams to drive the platform's sales process.

The mission is to convey the value the platform offers to prospects in an as straightforward and convincing fashion.

Job Description

  • Drive & execute the sales strategy & related processes 
  • Attend trade shows & meet with prospects on site
  • Contribute to and oversee lead qualification
  • Identify and respond to public tenders
    • Manage the sales team
    • Analyse the customer's needs, pitch the product & conduct personalised demos when necessary
    • Brief the Operations team about the implementation requirements for a proof of concept installation as well as the production installation
    • Conduct stakeholder meetings and identify specific customer pains / value
    • Report on the sales flow on a regular basis
    • Collaborate in the delivery of the contractual elements of the deals you help closing
    • Work closely with other teammates to constantly improve the sales process / playbook

    • The ability to communicate clearly, to adapt/respond to different types of characters through written and spoken English
    • Drive to deliver documents with a high quality standard
    • Previous experience in a pre-sales position
    • Strong interest in startups and personal development
    • Positive attitude, willingness to help and solve problems
    • Comfortable working in a true startup environment where things can change fast

    +1 if you have one or more of the following

    • Had a previous sales experience in the medical space
    • French speaking
    • You are a native (or equivalent) English speaker
    • You are familiar with CRM systems like Hubspot and online tools like Slack etc
